OmniVision's new 5MP sensor 1080 could be used for a thinner iPhone

Nuevo sensor OmniVision de 5MP y 1080p podría usarse para un iPhone más fino

Recent rumors say that Apple will use an 8 megapixel sensor in the next iPhone, however this is not the only rumor, a new sensor from OmniVision's 5-megapixel recording and 1080 reduced by 20% the thickness of the camera, so which is a very good choice if Apple wants to make a thinner iPhone. The scale allows the electronic image stabilization, and high definition video with zoom.

Think of it the iPhone already does some great shots, if we add 1080 recording what would you prefer? "Increase the resolution or decrease the thickness of the iPhone?
