It is the latest patent claims. A company whose name has not yet transpired, claims to have rights "refresh button" that can appear within a particular application. As reported TiPb , some application developers iOS are receiving emails from the company where they are threatening to sue if they keep their applications in the AppStore.
For its part, Apple is already investigating what is happening and hopes to provide information to developers soon. Apparently, using the update button within the same application is registered in the U.S. (number 722207).
