The exploit used to jailbreak 4.3.2 untethered to iOS iOS still exists in 4.3.3, although its author was struggling to implement it seems that finally has been achieved and you have your 4G iPod Touch jailbreak untethered.
So it is likely that very soon we have a jailbreak for the new firmware untethered.
