The exploit has been closed i0n1c in IOs 4.3.3

It seems that Apple only had time to address the issue of the location before you come more demands on it, and the exploit used to jailbreak 4.3.2 untethered to iOS iOS still exists in 4.3.3.

So it is likely that very soon we have a jailbreak untethered for the new firmware, which also states that improves the battery life.
