The DevTeam has just updated their tools to troubleshoot the problem with the mute button. They have also solved problems of incompatibility with Windows 7 and Vista.
That you have done the jailbreak with Redsn0w just have to pass again by unchecking the option "Install Cydia".
If you've used PwnageTool will create a new firmware and again to install it or use Redsn0w equal unchecked the option to install Cydia.
