Do you remember the Citadel Epic? It was a technical demo that allowed us to walk our own way through the streets of a city while enjoying the best graphics had so far on the iPhone thanks to the optimization of Unreal Engine 3 for iOS platform.
Castlerama has the same basic purpose and the same graph. It is not a game as such but if an attractive pastime that will show the graphics that will soon have some games that are still under development by companies.
The good thing is that Castlerama is free and universal, so yes, the iPhone 3G is out to be compatible.
