There are tweaks in Cydia that become necessary as soon as you install on your iPhone, unlock code if you have activated this will be one of them for you.
CleverPin your iPhone will ask you the unlock code only when really necessary, for example, you can set it so you do not ask if you are connected to a specific wireless network, like your house, if you're home "for need the unlock code? Or you can configure it not to ask for the code if you're listening to music or if the iPhone is charging.
