Samsung suing his accuser fights back

Last Monday we began the week with the tension between Samsung and Apple that finally triggered the lawsuit filed by the Cupertino company by copying the designs of their products. According to Apple, Samsung phones and tablets kept very similar design to the iPhone and iPad. Tim Cook later commented that relations between the two companies were still very close, but that "Samsung Design Department had gone too far."

As usual in these cases, Samsung has hit back at Apple now denouncing the alleged rape of five patents in Japan, South Korea and Germany by Samsung. In this way, "Samgung seeking to protect its intellectual property so you can continue offering continuous innovation and growth in the communications sector."
