Twitter, one of the most downloaded applications to manage our social network account, just updated to bring interesting improvements. The first and perhaps for my taste, the most important, is the new message composition screen.
So far, we had to give an arrow to view the options panel, for example, to add photos. Now we have this panel available, just open the window.
Among other new features are:
- The new design of the window to display direct messages
- The topics trends we see in the timeline display
- New local trends
- We see tweets by location
- We autocompletion in @ and #
- Minor bugfixes
Although not a major facelift, are improvements that we can come in handy at times. I keep hesitating between this application and to manage Echofon Twitter, so I'll be keeping both until you see a substantial change made to opt for one of the two.
