Dreamboard allows you to change the subject or put widgets on your iPhone Springboard. Furthermore, one of the most interesting things about Winterboard is no need to do respring to see the changes, the topic is changed automatically.
HTC Android theme is the default, although you can install many more.
Not compatible with iPad.
Not recommended for iPhone 3G.
