Celeste seems that the application to file sharing for Bluetooth , sync with iTunes via Bluetooth and transfer files to iTunes from the iPhone to your computer, will be delayed because it has not yet been accepted for adoption in Cydia.
Apparently there is another big launch preparation, something we all use developers say Celeste, and something that takes time Saurik, ie the new version of Cydia.
