According to the iPad Koreano Analyst 2 has 512MB of RAM | Rumors

Although Apple has yet to release the amount of RAM they have installed the iPad 2, rumors began to flutter over the network. And according to one analyst koreano, the iPad 2 has 512MB of RAM.

Kakeun Lee, an analyst koreano, posted on Twitter that Apple could have doubled the amount of RAM in the new iPad 2, reaching 512 (the same as the iPhone 4) which gives it much faster. The 512MB of RAM iPad type 2 are LPDDR2 (provided by Samsung and Hynix), a frequency of 1066, while the memory frequency is 800MHz iPhone 4.

Beware! These are only rumors ... I remember that Apple still has not released information about the iPad RAM 2.
