ImageExtractor is a new application has recently become available in the App Store that allows you to extract images from PDF documents in your iPad.
ImageExtractor is a simple and intuitive application fully compatible with the Mail application, you can also add the PDF file sharing via iTunes in just a few taps and extract images from them.
