Pull to Safari Refresh: Reloads webpages pulling the screen down

Pull to Refresh Safari is a tweak that does the same thing to pull Refresh for Mail , but as the name suggests, this time in Safari and web pages.

We'll just have to climb to the top of every page and drop, to recharge the web we are visiting.
