The Washington Square Films company, located in New York, has given this week to the website 9to5Mac a video that shows the keys to success of Apple establishments. This is a recording made by Apple, internally, to be shared among employees. In it we see the former vice president of retail, Ron Johnson, explaining how Apple establishments. The video was produced during the month of July 2011, before John Browett Johnson took office for a few months.
In the video, Johnson says that all stores share the same elements, are located in strategic locations and have unique structures thanks to the work of different architects. Moreover, the emphasis on the idea of how from Apple strive to live an experience customers in their stores and they become part of the community.
Each connects with Apple setting the atmosphere of the surrounding buildings. So, Paris stores try to mimic the historic feel of the architecture of the city, while the last grand opening in Shanghai connects more with modern buildings located around.
