With this tutorial you can update your iPhone 4 or 3GS to iOS 6 keeping your baseband (to preserve a baseband releasable, either with Ultrasn0w or Gevey SIM with). Not valid for iPhone 4S because no software to exploit it.
Need:
RedSn0w 0.9.15b1:
The 6 of your iOS device:
Tutorial:
Open Redsn0w
Click Extras
Press Even More
Click Restore
Click IPSW
Select your iPhone iOS 6
will ask if you want to preserve the baseband, click Yes (yes)
will tell you that you have to put your iPhone in Pwned DFU mode, click OK
Connect your iPhone to the computer and turn it off
Click Next (Next)
Redsn0w will guide you to put your iPhone in DFU
Press the power button for 3 seconds
Press the home button (without releasing the power button) for 10 seconds
Release the Power button and hold the Home button until redsn0w detects your iPhone
Your dispostivo is detected
Redsn0w will create an image restoration
The same Redsn0w will update your iPhone to iOS 6 without raising the baseband, no need for anything iTunes
