The iPhone Dev-Team has updated RedSn0w to version 0.9.15b2 solving some bugs with the iPhone 3GS and iPad.
The version 0.9.15b2 becomes tethered jailbreak for iPhone 3GS with old bootrom jailbreak untethered on, just run redsn0w and select Install Cydia. Now you can upgrade and downgrade the iPad baseband.
