Already said earlier that the TurboSIM type cards, created by GEVEY released iPhone 4.1, 4.2.1 and 4.3 without having to jailbreak the phone and the only thing missing was a video that showed also the release of the baseband and here 04/10/1901 you have it.
The prices of the little card on ebay around 60 €, if you think you may be worth settings of these and enjoy your iPhone in good condition.
