Usage Data SBSettings adds an icon to toggle your SBSettings which when pressed will display the data uploaded and downloaded from the Internet with your data connection. Takes data from Settings-General-use, so you can reset each month from there.
You can download it for free on Cydia.
You need to be jailbroken.
