As we read in the twitter of MuscleNerd, Saurik Chpwn and carry all night working on a new version of Cydia, hopefully have it ready soon for when you leave iOS 4.2 compatible and can apply jailbreaks seems that they are ready .
Since we are modifying the interface (as shown in the picture) would not hurt a version of Cydia specified for the iPad, the iPhone interface applied to the iPad wasted almost the entire screen.
