Definitely iOS 4.2 is delayed. Due to a problem with WiFi in the Golden Master version Apple released a few days ago , the final version of IOS 2.4 will have to wait at least until 24 November.
Proof of this is the second revision of the GM version of IOS that Apple just released for developers.
An inside source says Apple 4.2 for iPad iOS will be released on November 24 ...
