No Badges is the new tweak of Chpwn, the notorious hacker scene, with this tweak you can remove the red circle that appears on the icons when the application has something to notify. I guess it's necessary to have an application such as Notifier + installed to know if you have a missed call or sms.
No options to configure.
You can download it for free on Cydia.
You need to be jailbroken.
