Unfortunately, the name Foxconn has been very much in the news regarding the iPhone in recent months by the high rate of suicide among their workers. Chinese manufacturer Foxconn is responsible for producing the iPhone.
Today, Gizmodo has leaked some images that show the working conditions for employees who are subject of this factory, dirty and poorly lit corridors to save energy, buildings surrounded by nets (installed for months to prevent more suicides), small rooms where sleeps up to eight people, a common room on each floor where a small TV and bathroom with poor hygiene.
This article only talks about personal terms, but does not address (wages ridiculous, working hours, "vacation", etc.).
