Alarm Problems

Apparently the iPhone has told anyone that I'll finish the summer and that this had to delay his alarm clock an hour because today many not only in Mexico but in other parts of the world suffered this problem in which the programmed alarm you sound like an hour later than agreed. I'm in IOS 4.2 and did not have this problem, but at the moment as a way to fix it by adjusting the date of the device manually.
