While here tend to focus on the news about the iPad and iPhone, we like to keep informed of the terminals that competition brings. Today it is the turn of the new Samsung, in particular at the top of its range of smartphones: the brand new Galaxy S III.
The Korean fabriante presented this morning in London the new terminal, whose main novelty is a 4.8-inch screen with Super AMOLED technology, a size that pleases you may be too large for some.
Released in two versions, depending on geographical area: one with a powerful quad core processor called Exynos 4, and one with a dual core processor. It also includes a proprietary modification of the Android OS 4.0 (IceCream Sandwich).
But Samsung has not only thought about the technical characteristics, but also added juicy news on the software to compete with a likely iPhone 5 next month.
Voice includes a wizard called "S Voice", looking much the concept of Siri, and "AllShare" a way to transmit images to a remote screen AirPlay. It also brings a system that scans your music takes it to a directory in the cloud available to you.
There seems nothing revolutionary line of smartphones that have arisen during the past year. However, this Galaxy S III is a fabulous ending and that goes a step further in the Galaxy series, and generally in the Android handsets.
