A few hours ago pod2g said on twitter that he had already managed to jailbreak IOS 5.1 to your new iPhone (third generation), has now posted a video on his blog where he shows that he has achieved and done a reboot so we can see that really is untethered.
For this jailbreak is needed 5 different exploits, found himself all but one:
- boot code execution exploit: @ pod2g
- ASLR bypass exploit: @ pod2g
- sandbox bypass exploit: @ pod2g
- kernel vulnerability: @ westbaer
- jailbreak: @ pod2g
