The Patent War between Apple and Samsung Continue

The directors of the Korean Samsung have moved to California for a meeting with Tim Cook , Apple's CEO. The legal departments of both giants have not budge on the issue of patents, and still far from finding a common position.

Despite the good intentions of Samsung, unfortunately this meeting has failed to end the legal battle between two great companies. The Korean company accuses Apple of having used some of its patents on wireless transmission without your permission, which requires compensation.

In the case of Apple, Samsung accused of having plagiarized the designs and models of its iPhone to make their smartphones. Ultimately, this movement is encouraging for those who expect zanjen disputes, because in general will affect best products for the user. Ideally, been settled out of court.

For now, this war will be decided in patent court. Will it affect the prosecution of Samsung to some of the technologies including the upcoming iPhone 5 ? Not the first time a company has to remove a feature, with advanced production process and, for legal issues.
