Apple has released a new update to iPhone OS, version 5.1.1. This update does not bring anything new, so it just gets better and fixes some bugs, as an improvement in the photos with HDR or a correction at some issues with AirPlay.
You can upgrade directly from the corresponding device in Settings / General / Software Update or from iTunes, but if you have done or want to jailbreak it, upgrade abstain for now.
