With AlwaysArrange you can move your icons without having to leave them pressed until vibrate, simply slide your finger across the screen you can change any icon instead.
If you remove an application you must move it to the status bar and drop it, then the icons will vibrate and enter edit mode, so you can remove any of them and not just the one you dropped in the status bar. You can see it clearly in the video.
You can download it for free on Cydia, you'll find ModMyi repo. You need to have jailbroken your device.
