This week has been on Cydia another tweak that improves application that lets you upload photos to facebook or twitter the photos you have saved, both in the spool of the device like any other image that we have synchronized from your computer.
The application has no icon or menu settings, just activated when viewing pictures in the Photos app and clicking on the icon of the cloud.
