iOS 04.02 (though you've accidentally given you a shock) seems to arrive. And this I say that because Apple just released 4.2.1 iOS GM (Golden Master) for developers.
GM iOS 4.2.1 addresses many of the failures that appeared in GM 4.2 iOS 1 and 2 and is very likely that this itself is the last version before the version 4.2 (or 4.2.1) IOS for iPad / iPhone / iPod Touch has been released.
To test this version of IOS on your iPad have to be Apple developers .
