HomeSpringPage is a simple modification that will add a blank page to your Springboard, before the icons will be a blank page without any app or icon, it can place the X Dashboard widgets

DashBoard X is a modification that allows you to add widgets to the Springboard and place among the icons (or over). You can add widgets notification center as SBSettings or time or Dashboard widgets created specifically for X as Dashtweet.

You can download free HomeSpringPage Cydia, you'll find BigBoss repo. You need to have jailbroken your device.
