It is not the first time I talked IntelliScreenX application, a modified notification center for use in the lock screen. It's a mixture LockInfo, SBSettings and the notification center.
IntelliScreenX notifications not only brings your lock screen, you see the weather, stock market, you can use SBSettings functions, read and answer your emails, your tweets, facebook, RSS ...
Also add icons for missed calls and emails to the status bar.
If you see the video you will see that is an idea almost perfect (or perfect), because it only works on the lock screen, but you can replace your center complete with IntelliScreenX notifications using it in any location and application.
Will be launched tonight and will cost $ 9.99 and can be downloaded from Cydia. It's a bit expensive but worth it I think is a real pass.
Test the application will allow a few days free before you buy.
Need iOS 5 and jailbreak.
