With VoiceKeys you can use voice recognition to write in your iPhone iOS 4, the service uses speech recognition to google for it, you'll need an Internet connection to work.
The integration of tweak with the system is through the Action Menu, so you need to have this modification installed and also double tap the screen to activate. Works in all languages supported by Google, so you shall count as we go in the comments, but seeing the video seems not very well.
