SBFloatingIcons is a modification that will add turn in several directions of space (in the same plane as the iPhone and perpendicular) to the icons on your Springboard, for it uses the accelerometer in your device. Can block the effect icons in the dock, the type of effect you have to configure from the iPhone settings. I personally do not recommend it, this is one of those tweaks that are resource intensive and slow down your iPhone.
