As you have seen some of you after the start of the fourth beta of IOS 5, if your device has Jailbreak, you can not use the Over The Air updates
This bad news has been confirmed by MuscleNerd who claims that Apple checks the integrity of the folder / Applications to find the Jailbreak and if found, the update fails and returns an error screen.
It is clear that Apple wants to diminish the user experience which we conduct our device Jailbreak but hopefully leaving Cydia required patches to enjoy this feature of IOS 5.
