Appear to have found evidence that speech recognition will iOS 5 by Nuance is not the first time we heard this rumor , but is reinforced seeing the code found in the latest beta of IOS 5.
This function would behave as Android ago, you would press a button and you could start talking while the iPhone turns your voice into words, moreover even detect when you've finished speaking to a stop without pushing a button, ideal for sending a message from the car for example.
The only question left is whether it will be in the final version of IOS 5 or not. Hope so.
