Percolating network are photos of a supposed iPhone 4S, this is a test device as you can see in the picture, the test screen that appears you've already seen other years with other leaks.
This device has 32GB of storage and a 5MP camera, also runs IOS 4, suggesting that it is a iPhone 4 test a year ago rather than an iPhone 4S.
Furthermore, looking at the serial number and firmware version seems to be made over a year ago.
