g ave iSHSHit lets your SHSH from the iPhone itself, the requests directly to Apple and rises to Cydia to ensure that you have saved. It also lets you send it by email to save yourself.
It has now been updated adding support for IOS 4.3.4, so if you want to use TinyUmbrella can use this application to save your SHSH.
