PictureMe: adds new features to the camera application

PictureMe is a tweak that allows us to add new features to the native application of the camera. These functions are exactly two:

• Add a temporaizador to make our photos.
• Adds the ability to shoot in burst.

These functions are accessible from within the camera application, so do not create any new icon.
