How would a 5 iPhone nano?

We're in a time of rumors, and of course bells sound again "iPhone Nano" and the fans get to create their designs with Photoshop to see how it could be a smaller iPhone.

From 9to5mac comes this design has been created using a iPhone 4 and reducing the top and bottom edges as possible. Include its Home button capacitive (touch), another rumor of the year.

I personally do not like it, I think proportions "rare" you you think?
