A group of trial lawyers that AT & T made unjustified extra charges to their customers

A few months ago the alarm was raised by a large number of consumers in the United States assurances that the company AT & T was charging them extra expenses on the bills of their iPhones. The problem: These costs were based on data transfers which customers claimed not to have made.

A group of lawyers to present evidence in these cases, it was with new iPhones and shut down all Internet-related functionality. For fifteen days, during which they were not using the internet on their iPhones, AT & T invoices were sent up to 35 counts of unsubstantiated data transfers.
