A few months ago we published a technical demo in which the iPhone managed to simulate 4 and February 1 iPad 3D effect without glasses using headtracking technique, ie using the front camera of the device to keep our head movements and create an effect that would provide a sense of depth.
The creators of this technique have continued working demo and make their debut in the App Store with the first version of i3D using the technique I have described above.
The application is free and is compatible with the iPhone 4, iPod 4G and iPad Touch 2 as they are the only IOS devices have front camera.
