CloudyShots can upload your screenshots directly to your account CloudApp. Just configure your account details in the settings and your screenshots will be uploaded automatically, without doing anything.
Do not add icon, you can configure it from the iPhone settings.
You can download it for free on Cydia.
You need to be jailbroken.
