Promotional Codes or to download applications from the App Store Games are now international

Promotional codes (or "Promo Codes") to the App Store will be available to all users of iPad / iPhone / iPod Touch around the world. Apple dixit.

So far to redeem one of these Promo Codes (the kind that we draw from time to time) was necessary in a U.S. account in iTunes. And not now.
