Promotion codes and work outside the U.S.

So far, whenever we talked about using promo codes, it was necessary to have a U.S. account to redeem. At least until now, since it seems that Apple has opened up this restriction, making it possible to use the codes in any region.

It is certainly a great news for everyone, including readers, as from now, when you let us brave codes to redeem for applications or games, you need not have a U.S. account.
