The iPad works great with a bluetooth keyboard or the Dock Keyboard allowing us to write a lot of very fast and comfortable and have a broader view of the screen. For those who spend much time writing from a physical keyboard on our iPad, there are keyboard shortcuts (like Mac OS X) that will allow us to use our tablet more efficiently.
Shortcuts:
- CMD - C: copy selected text.)
- CMD - X: Cut selected text.)
- CMD - V: Paste.
- CMD - Z: Undo.
- CMD - shift - Z: redo.
- CMD - Up Arrow: Go to the top of the document.
- CMD - Down arrow: go to the end.
- CMD - Left arrow: Go to the top of the line.
- CMD - Right arrow: go to the end of the line.
- CMD - delete: deletes the current line located to the left of the cursor.
- alt - delete: delete the word and the space to the left of the cursor.
- F1: dark screen.
- F2: light display.
- F7: Jump to previous song (backwards).
- F8: play / pause music.
- F9: Jump to the next song (forward).
- F10: Remove sound.
- F11: Volume Down.
- F12: volume up.
- Eject button: show / hide the onscreen keyboard.
In addition, all the standard shortcuts for special characters seem to work, as the combination alt - shift - K '.
