It seems too early, but the rumors on the net say iOS 4.3 will appear in less than a month.
It is said that Apple is preparing iOS 4.3 to come out in December (on the 13th), including improvements only at the level of stability and performance, thus leaving aside any visual improvement.
It sounds complicated because it is more typical of a minor update, but only time will tell.
