Warning:

This method of Jailbreak the 4.2 is the type iPad tethered, which means that if we run out of battery or turn off our IPAD, we restart with a procedure redsn0w tool (as explained at the end) if we continue to use Cydia or any applications we have installed.

Guide:

1. Update your iPad 4.2.1 iOS normal way through iTunes.
